Dosis y plan terap\u00e9utico  La dosis y el plan terap\u00e9utico depender\u00e1 de la indicaci\u00f3n. Dosis recomendad: 1,3 mg\/m2\/dosis por v\u00eda IV o SC. Ajustar la dosis en caso de toxicidad hematol\u00f3gica o no hematol\u00f3gica, dolor neurop\u00e1tico o neuropat\u00eda perif\u00e9rica.
